When we flew to Oregon on Sept 5th 2001 We went to the Tillamook Cheese Facotry and did the tour. (Livin large ya know) And we got to sample all the cheese HMMMMMM HMMMMMMMMMM yummy. Anyhow they have a cheese called "squeeky cheese" It is Cheese that hasnt had flavor or anythign to it yet and when you eat it, it squeeze like wet shoes on a tile floor. WEIRD. the only reason I remember the date is because we flew back on Sept 11 2001 early in the morning about 4 hrs before the trade towers came down.

cheese is probably costly because it costs some time to make. Chocolate? - just add all the stuff in a vat, stirr correctly and put in the right form. Cheese will have to spend some time to ..eeh.. get 'old' enough.

well, i'm not the expert on cheese, you should ask shatzy, but from what i know here there are several types of cheese that are left to 'ripen' i guess.
